Rezumat

„Consumptive attitudes” towards worker remittances seem greatly exaggerated. However, to enhance their investment and productivity-focused efficiency it is necessary to judiciously balance the general use of funding so that remittances would become a short-term factor of regional/community infrastructure development and a medium-term factor of cluster-based economic development.
