Rezumat

Lately the globalization has a great impact on the energetic resources distribution and this impact is managed by regions as: America, Western Europe and Asia. In this paper, the author wants to make a short characteristics of the actual energetic security environment as an international community problem that affects the security, stability, prosperity and peace of the whole world.
