Rezumat
Synthesis, cod multiplication and system adaptabilities are concepts inspired from biology. In the paper are related
the technique of informational systems development oriented on problem. This class of systems proves the following qualities: the elaboration efficiency, the mobility at the application and adaptability domains to the evolution of the application area.
