Rezumat

The national market of the workforce is a inseparable side of the economical system in ensemble and reflect tottaly tendencies of these development. To these refer the high unemployment, insufficient system of the protection on workmarket, the inefficacious use of the workforce and available reserves in the organization of the paingsystem. The scatter one considerable part of the workforce is generating of the migration, the practice of one’s paing activities, the subocupation and economical dishearten of the capable to work population.
