Rezumat

Effective managerial process should be based not on intuition as the majority of heads arrives, and on in-depth study and understanding of an existing situation, on the analysis of threats and possibilities of development of the enterprise and its environment. The modern enterprise carries out the activity in the economic environment which gives specific tools and possibilities but which also limits its activity. The maintenance and conditions of social and economic problems which the enterprise should solve, and also their possible decision, are connected, first of all, with specificity of the enterprise. Diagnostics represents the complex and developed component of a science of management, in particular, financial management which allows revealing problematical character degree in enterprise activity.
