Rezumat

For an investment it is important to choose a completed strategy. In this way, a fundamental question is the investment fund. A modern possibility of financing the development of production capacity is the leasing method. It involves the specific legal relations between three traders. The advantage of this method guaranteed by the opportunity for economic agents, even they have limited financial resources, to develop their own business, because it is not important who has the title, but to obtain the benefits by using the object.
