Rezumat

Foreign direct investment constitutes a modality which compensates some deficiencies of local markets and makes their integration in the process of economic globalization more efficient. It is important to study the impediment of foreign direct investment in the local economy. The attracting of the foreign direct investment is a priority which is recovering regardless of the level of development of all countries of the world.
