The elaboration of any country’s strategy for sustainable development is an imperative of the present time. This
article proposes a variant of such development, based on multifunctional analysis. It emphasizes that development is
most heavily influenced by human and ecological factors, which are directly or indirectly tangent to numerous other
factors of similar meaning.
