Аннотация

În articol sunt reflectate, pentru prima dată, rezultatele investigaţiei sociologice vizând informaţia cadastrală oferită de IS „Cadastru” şi filialele sale teritoriale şi utilizarea ei în soluţionarea diverselor probleme social-economice şi politico-juridice. Sunt evidenţiate problemele şi căile de îmbunătăţire a calităţii informaţiei cadastrale. In this article, for the first time are mirrored the results of the sociological investigation concerning the cadastral information offered by the State Enterprise “Cadastru” and its territorial branches and also its utilization in the settlement of various socio-economic and political-judicial problems. The problems and the ways of its quality improvement are mentioned.
