Аннотация

Among all problems related to implementation of the state financial control, the central place occupies a problem of the estimation of its efficiency. Efficiency of the state financial control is a sum of the effects received from carrying out of the financial control. The major factors that influence on efficiency of the state financial control are maintenance costs for controlling institutions, and amount of means, received in result of revision.
