Enterprise evaluation is the important instrument of the financial administration business in frame work of the concept of operation of business on the basis of market value of the enterprise. In purpose of planning and statement of problems for maximization of value of the enterprise, it is necessary to analyze existing and workings out of new methods of its estimation.
