The evaluation of the world experience in the domain of the electronic commerce has a wide research interest, especially in the context that the multilateral system of the international commerce is threatened by the proliferation of the commercial blocks, which promote protectionist tendencies towards third countries. In this respects, the research adopted the problem of implementing the electronic commerce in Republic Moldova.
