This article contains a factorial analysis of the social capital’s growth, being a support for taking economic decisions and determining their impact on the economic processes. The factorial analysis of the social capital’s gain is represented on the basis of a real example. Through the results obtained by analysis, are highlighted some economic decisions which can be implemented.
