This article tackles the valuation activity institutional models, their advantages and disadvantages, specific characteristics and the sphere of application. The state and the professional valuers organization functions in the regulation of valuation activity are analyzed. Also, the possible directions of the institutional development of real property valuation activity there are proposed.
