The article in discussion portrays the economic situation in the sector of cereals cultivation, grain trade and milling industry in Moldova in the context of the manufacturing value chain of the bakery products. It described the evolution of key economic indicators and identifies the issues in the activity of each operator in the Moldovan grain market.
