Аннотация

There are a lot of advantages of the real property valuation system implementation, including the social and economic effects at enterprise, real economy branch and national economy levels. The article propounds some methodology ideas about the economic and social effects calculation, including the notion of “synergy effect”, which regards to the real property valuation for taxation.
