In different countries the future development of the obligatory Health Insurance was largely determined by historical aspects of the formation and practice implementation, which is clearly traced in the analysis of the current state of health systems in Western Europe and North America. However, through many reforms, the health systems of virtually countries are constantly changing, borrowing ideas from each other.
