The marketing environment refers to factors and forces that affect a firm’s ability to build and maintain successful relationships with customers. There are three key elements to the marketing environment which are the internal environment, the microenvironment and the macroenvironment. Knowledge and study of marketing macroenvironment are very important because it allows the company to be always aware with all the changes of external factors and try to control this factors.
