Аннотация

The Landau type potential based paramet ric model includes one order parameter and three control parameters. It is possible to study simultaneously the impact of both asymmetry (heterogeneity) and the external field on phase transitions in the presence of an intermediate metastable liquid state denoted in the article by L 2. We noticed that the presence of this metastable state influences the nucleation rate: an increase in the heterogeneity of system accelerates the transition dynamics, but the presence of an external field would increase the me an transition time. The lowest values of the mean transition times for different combination of control parameters are computed. Keywords: phase transitions, Landau type potential, relaxation time, control parameters.
