Аннотация
Since we refer to the auditor's responsibility regarding the expression of opinion on the veracity of the information contained in the financial statements of an entity, it can not be limited to temporal quadrant given by the start and the end of the reporting period. It is undeniable that the audited entity may become some subsequent events that confirm or deny the information contained in the reviewed financial statements. And here is the auditor's responsibility - in identifying, assessing, evaluating the effect on data reported and documenting events that provide evidence about conditions that existed at the date of the financial statements. This is exceeded, to some extent, the feeling of "post factum" evaluation of information of balance sheet and profit and loss report. Keywords: subsequent events, provision, contingent liability, financial statements, audit procedures, present obligation, potential obligation.
