Аннотация

The issue of income and economic goods inequality is present in all the economic systems; moreover the inequality concept is very complicated and causes discussion in economic theory. The article focuses on researching this problem based on the efforts made by Nobel Prize winner - Simon Kuznets, who demonstrated that at early stages of economic growth, inequality in income distribution increases, then in the process of economic growth inequality stabilizes and at high levels of economic growth inequality is reduced. The author provides evidence and supports this thesis, arguing in such way the recent evolution in the developed countries.
