Аннотация

Attracting foreign investors is a complicated process for any growing economy, as foreign direct investment (hereinafter – FDI) is one of the safest ways to stimulate growth. The favorable effects of FDI on the host country economy are determined both by new forms of specialization in economics, as well as by tapping into various branches of new resources: the transfer of advanced technologies, the improvement of managerial and administrative framework, competitive-effectively expending products and services markets etc. Investment policy reform is seen as the main factor in boosting economic development that requires transparent informational investors able to provide continuity and implementation of new policies. Regular assessment of the FDI attraction policy will be the key to long-term success in attracting foreign investments and in optimizing their benefits. Keywords: investments, foreign direct investment, investment climate, capital flow, the economic growth, the legislative basis, economy in transition.
