The evolution and functioning of the Romanian companies have both a strong contextual determination and influenced by conditions more or less favorable in which he operates, the changes that took place in their external environment with the change of system - and management consisting of different quality management practices and their level deficiencies manifested in the field: inertia, orientation issues, structural rigidity. The modernization of the Romanian corporate structures and strategies in the context of internationalization and globalization phenomena requires the application of many types of strategies aimed at adapting the company to a continuously changing environment and also reduce entrepreneurial risk.
