Process management in small and medium businesses lies in actions which determine the objectives, resources and work processes to achieve them, which integrates and controls the work of staff, using methods and techniques for organizing and more efficient performance of ideas, which prompted the establishment of business. For the systematization of the peculiarities, which involves the management of small and medium businesses, they were grouped in relation to management functions. In this article, priority attention is given to the function of the organization and motivation, because of the role it holds in achieving, either short, medium or long term objectives.
