Quality management small and medium enterprises is a key factor in ensuring economic efficiency and economic unit level summary meso and macro level, taking into account the share of small and medium enterprises in total. Management of small and medium enterprises, regardless of scope, size, extensive resources, organizational structural and process activities of the company and so on, to ensure its functionality and sustainable development must be based on concepts of economic theory, organizational and managerial which will allow them to adjust business conditions.
