Existing approaches on managing entrepreneurial potential commercial structures do not allow adequate adaptation to dynamic external environment and foreign models and practical recommendations do not take into account adequately the realities of Moldova. Consequently, their application often does not generate the desired result and desired. In this context, it becomes exceedingly current developing methods of commercial and business activity would make the threats and challenges of the time and would allow the development and successful implementation of potential competitive advantages.
