Entrepreneurship, intense interpersonal relationships and group cohesion pronounced, versatility, flexibility and organizational dynamism are key elements for the economy and the knowledge society, which traditionally found in small businesses. The role of SMEs is recognized worldwide for their unique contribution to develop the economy. Both developed countries and developing ones q-and realise that SMEs and entrepreneurs play a vital role in the industrial development of the country. So it is no surprise that political strategies have often thought that SMEs can become "seeds" of economic recovery.
