DEVELOPING NATIONAL ADAPTIVE INFORMATIONAL SYSTEM FOR AUTOMATING PROCESS OF TECHNICAL TEST OF VEHICLE

The Information System „AutoTEST” was developed to fulfill the rules of registration and roadworthiness tests for vehicles and trailers, according to the Government Decision no1047 of 08.11.1999. The system developed is an adaptive system with distributed database. The Oracle Database 11g Express Edition as distributed databases and the Oracle Application Express as a development tools were selected for the technical platform. The aim of the Information System is automating the process of annual technical testing of vehicles and has been implemented at the national level on the whole territory of the Republic of Moldova in 82 vehicles testing stations and the National Auto Transport Agency.
