The article highlights the special features of the contractual framework of the outsourcing and measures to mitigate the risks. The author describes the effects generated by the transfer of assets within the outsourcing of production processes and argues both positive sides of this phenomenon and constraints that may result. Also in the article are mentioned the key elements of an outsourcing agreement which in the author's vision represents a successful partnership in the field of outsourcing business processes.
