This paper is based on the analysis of the cooperation opportunities and the impact of the cooperation process on the agricultural producers, the identification of the barriers that impede the advancement of the cooperative relations, as well as the benefits that can be achieved with the formation of the cooperatives. The presented data are based on the real aspects registered in the Republic of Moldova regarding the activity of the agricultural cooperatives, the necessary conditions for the development of the cooperation process of the agricultural producers.
