This article is dedicated to some issues of career management in the Republic of Moldova. This paper aims at identifying some possibilities applicable in the managerial work so as they would contribute to the career development in conditions of maximum effeciency. The research is based on the identification of major skills necessary for different levels of management. In such a way the fact that the technical abilities have a major weight for the inferior level of management was emphasized, the importance of the latter decreasing in hierarchical evolution.
