INTERNAL COMMUNICATION STRATEGIES IN THE PUBLIC AUDIOVISUAL INSTITUTION “TELERADIO MOLDOVA”

The development and management of a media institution starts from the premise of internal communication, which

would represent plausible aspects in achieving the goal of organisational success. The communication strategies are designed in the internal regulations of the institution and the employees are guided by them, based on the objectives that the latter aim to achieve. Or, through regular messages and information it is known exactly what is the company's mission, vision and goal. That is why the fullness of internal communication must lie in the importance and relevance of all actors involved in the development of the media institution. The internal communication strategy of the public company “Teleradio-Moldova” focuses on several dimensions: meetings, decisions, e-mail or intranet - elements that can generate certain communication deficiencies, given that the institution has over 700 employees.
