ASSURANCE FINANCING AND DEVELOPING ENTREPRENEURSHIP FROM THE STATE BUDGET

In the presented article, the author focuses on highlighting the concepts of financial insurance and financial
security by highlighting some theoretical approaches as fundamental elements in various processes, relations and
structures of the state through the financial insurance of all actors of an economy who are involved in various levels of financial relations among citizens, especially those citizens who form the entrepreneurial environment and
state institutions.
The fundamental aspect is focused on ensuring the financial sources from the state budget directed towards
domestic enterprises being for citizens who form the entrepreneurial environment a financial support in various
activities, which are oriented towards the development and strengthening of this environment and thereby strengthening the economic processes within the state.
