FORECAST IN THE ORGANIZATION OF SERVICES 112: METHODOLOGICAL PERSPECTIVE

Analysis of the work of service 112 using databases, depending on the working hours, intensity, disease profiles,
staff remuneration and other real moments specific to the service. The forecast needed by the company can be made
and as a result, the expenses have been reduced and the demands of the population in service of saving often or fatal
diseases have been satisfied. For this purpose, various simulations, imitations, calculations (by the Simplex method)
are needed to identify the optimal number of „fragmentation” of the day. Forecasts can also be helpful in hiring staff
112. It is important to formulate and solve concrete problems, starting from real situations that are reflected in the
model of the information system.
