THE SOCIAL FIELD OF COMMUNICATION IN A RELATIONAL CONTEXT

In the context of the social system, effective communication between public authorities and the organizations
involved plays an essential role in protecting and supporting families and children. A constructive dialogue between
authorities, institutions and communities contributes to the creation of safe family environments and avoids institutionalization of children, which can have negative effects on their development. Modern approaches to communication
capitalize on diversity and involve the development of feedback mechanisms and common strategies, focused on the
real needs of families. The article suggests increasing the diversity of communication channels, training staff, and developing effective feedback mechanisms. These measures are essential to improve collaboration between institutions
and parents and ensure the success of the deinstitutionalization process.
