ASPECTE ALE MANIFESTĂRII PROCESELOR DE GLOBALIZARE ÎN SECTORUL PUBLIC DE CERCETARE-DEZVOLTARE

Аннотация

This paper provides a review on trends and issues of processes of globalization in the research-development field, focusing on public research sector. The author is developing a scheme on internationalization of science and technology activities and analyses the role of different cooperation instruments. Finally, the paper identifies new opportunities and challenges arising from internationalization trends for national research-development system and argues the importance of association of the Republic of Moldova to Seventh Framework Programme of the European Union.
