Abstract

THE ROLE OF THE MONASTIC GARDENS IN THE LANDSCAPING ARCHITECTURE 

The results of a study on the ways of setting up the monasteries, the history, the role, the functions and the principles of the monastery gardens arrangement are presented, as well as the ways of introducing the "monastery gardens" in the modern landscape.
