Abstract

INFLUENCE OF THE PREPARATION FITOMAG ON CHANGING THE VALUES OF BIOCHEMICAL QUALIUTY INDEXES OF THE APPLE FRUIT DURING THE LONG-TERM STORAGE PERIOD 

The article presents the results of the research on the influence of the 'Fitomag' preparation on the aging processes - senescence on apple fruit during the long storage-life. As a result of treating the fruits after harvesting with this prepa-ration the processes of biodegradation of the biochemical compounds slow down, the fruit retains its firmness and the degree of damage to fungal diseases and functional disorders is low.
