Abstract

EFFECT OF NANOPARTICLES SUPPLEMENTED IN LIOPROTECTIVE MEDIUM ON THE VIABILITY OF Penicillium funiculosum CNMN FD 11 STRAIN

The results obtained in the study of the action of nanoparticles supplemented in the lyoprotective medium on the viability of the fungal strain P. funiculosum CNMN FD 11 demonstrated that nanoparticles act differently on the viability of microorganisms after lyophilization. Thus, ZnO nanoparticles supplemented in the lyoprotective medium in low concentrations 0.1-0.5 mg / l act positively or neutrally, and in high concentrations (5-10mg / l) negatively, but the nanoparticles of Fe2O3 and Fe2ZnO4 in a concentration of 5mg / l can stimulate the viability of the strain after lyophilization. It has also been established that the method of freezing (gradual or rapid) does not significantly influence the viability of the culture after lyophilization.
