Abstract
A NEW METHOD FOR DETERMINING AND REMOTE TRANSMISSION OF BLOOD PRESSURE VALUES USING CUFFLESS SYSTEMS (PULSE TRANSIT TIME)
The key element of the new method of determining and monitoring blood pressure in Wireless mode, used in an electronic prototype elaborated by the author is to establish the time interval between the R segment of the ECG and the point which coincides with the anacrotic wave peak of photoplethysmogram (PPT - pulse transit time) and the possibility of correlation with systolic and diastolic blood pressure. The method involves the use of a mathematical algorithm for digital signal processing, using an SoC system based on an ESP32 controller.
