Abstract
The experiments implemented with the wakeful hares by use of electrophysiological techniques registered the evoked potentials and EEG in CA1 hippocampus and the cerebral cortex produced as the result of gastric and intestinal interoceptive excitation. The results demonstrate that CA1 hippocampus represents a source – the generator of the interceptive projection but the stimulatory effect on the front, parietal and occipital areas of the cerebral cortex can generate electric discharges out of the hippocampus area. The potentials evoked initiated as the result of the interceptive messages effect contain a diffusion modality, can be mono- or bi-phases, differ by phase frequency and amplitude modifications in the function of the stimulus intensity and duration, threshold of sensitivity of the receptors and initially registered bioelectrical activity in the hippocampus and on the cerebral cortex. Agronomy as well as the encephalic mechanical damage of the reticular formation and administration of the pharmaceuticals agent (atropine, chlorpromazine) partially blocks but do nor impede the completers generation of the potentials evoked and the modification of EEG in hippocampus and the cerebral cortex, produced by the interceptors excitation, the fact that presumes that the intercept-tive excitations can be transported via the additional channels that also demands a specific examinations.
