Abstract

Somatotype represents the compiler of the physiological, phenotypical, anabolycal and psychological particularities of the human and it is an integral index of his individual qualities. The advantage of the somatotype criterion is that it allows to determinate correctly the individual nourishment, predisposition to definite dysfunctions and optimal mode of life. This gives the possibility to use correctly physiologically these particularities to maintain good health.
