Abstract

Probiotics are expected to confer benefical physiologic and immune effects to the host through stabilizating and optimizating the function of normal microflora. To include in composition of probiotics preparates, microbial strains required to possess useful properties. From a series of strains which were isolated, the strains which had a high index of adhesion and high the capacity of acumulation of the biomass bacteriene have been distinguished.
