Abstract
The edaphic factors together with climatic influence on the processes of growth and fertility of trees, quality and quantity of a crop, and also on duration of a plantation and opposition to illnesses. The trees prefer the soil with a depth structure and with the optimum physical and chemical properties. Occupying the territory during 15-20 years, the soil as a result of cultivation suffer the essential changes. First of all their physical properties change in the inter row as vertically and as horizontally and is especial on a rut. The structure of soil depredate on a rut, decreases the general porosity and aeration. These parameters reach up to critical. As a result of these changes is worsened permeable on a rut. The degradation of physical properties as a result of intensive exploitation of gardens conducts to reduction of efficiency of gardens.
