Abstract

In the present article the data of purifi cation procedures, drying and autholysis intensifi cation of winery yeasts biomass is shown. The follow methods for intensifi cation have been used: the different water volumes utilization, different NaHCO3 concentration and sediments washing time, autholysis induction factors, different temperatures, autholysis time and biomass drying time.
