Abstract
The foliar treatments applied with the biostimulator Reglalg, in combination with microelements B, Zn, Mn, Mo,
contribute to increasing the activity of catalase and peroxidase in the leaves of plum trees, the lockout varieties Udlinennaia and Superprezident, the foreign selection varieties Stanley and Prezident, introduced in Moldova throughout
of vegetation of the year 2023. An enzyme is a biological component that increases the rate of a chemical reaction
by lowering the activation energy barrier. Catalase and peroxidase are enzymes. The activity of the peroxidase and
catalase enzymes changed during the vegetation period depending on the biological characteristics of the varieties,
the metabolic processes in different phenophases, the action of high temperatures and the action of the substances
used to treat the trees during the vegetation period.
