Abstract
With the experience on pattern animals (guinea-pig) were exposed the particularities of influence on alimentary rations over the quantity indicators of individual intestinal bacteriocenosis where was proved that the ration of 14% fish proteins intensively stimulates the grow of microorganisms genus Lactobacilus by (36, 53%) while the ration of 16% flesh proteins by (26,66%) .These rations exert the overwhelming effect on Proteus and Streptococcaccae family that was less by 56,09; 45,65%; and 40,66; 12,43% correspondingly. It was proved that for the maintenance of optimum level of quantity of useful bacterium it is indicated to use fish protein. The albumin of vegetable origin has always favored the development of intestinal disbacteriosis. Keywords: alimentary rations, proteins, fish, flesh, bacteriocenosis intestinal disbacteriosis.
