Abstract

 PRODUCTION OF INOCULUM OF ALTERNARIA WAS ACHIEVED BY CULTURING THE PATHOGEN ON PAPER FILTERS 

When obtaining conidia the moistened paper filters, wetted with liquid nutritive media, prepared on the base of one of the following cultures: tomato, paper, cabbage or potato and carrot liquor have been used. The liquid contained 0,2% sucrose. Time and temperature of incubation were 7 days, 24°C under a 12-hours photoperiod.
