Abstract

Analysis of electrophoretic spectrum of RAPD - A3 primer for 28 genotypes of sage, has revealed a high hetero-geneities, reflecting genotypic structure lines and hybrids included in the research. The highest frequency was observed for A3550, A3750, A3700 şi A31050 amplicons, also, the low frequency in the case of A3400, A3650, A3800 şi A31450 amplicons. The [(K-50)F5 x S 1122(102+113)F2 x K-43)F4 x (0-57S5 x 0 - 21S4)F8] F2 reveals 4 specific amplicons (A3400, A3450, A3650 şi A31450) and one specific amplicons - A31750 for [(V-24-86 809 S3 x 0-33 S6)F7 x Cr.p. 160 S11] F1, which can then be used to develop molecular markers.
