Abstract

The dunaliella productivity, content of carotenoids and chlorophyll a in the dunaliella biomass at cultivation in the presence of some Cu(II) coordination compounds at the different light intensity was determined. The light intensity, temperature and prior adaptation to the new nutrition medium (the organic-mineral medium MD, prepared on the basis of spirulina cultural liquid) plays a determinant factor in the initiation and crossing of dunaliella's exponential grown phase.

Keywords: Dunaliella salina, organic-mineral medium, biomass, productivity, photosynthetic pigments, coordination compounds of Cu(II), directed synthesis.
